Unexpectedly great

I bought this toy more in hope than expectation Ive lost count of the toys Ive bought for Mr Fussy Pussy that hes merely sniffed at in disdain But since hes an outdoor cat who is scared of wind with winter approaching the North West Atlantic Coast where we live with all that means in terms of frequent gales I am desperate to find toys to keep him amused and active indoors without me getting RSI through repeatedly dangling swishing or throwing toys for forty minutes or more so I thought Id try this though with little hope of success But he was utterly obsessed by it He sat patiently by it watching and swiping for nearly an hour on the first evening After that occasion he spent less time but it still kept him absorbed for 30 minutes or more Since then weve kept it in reserve rather than use it too much so that he doesnt get too used to it and bored with it But he still plays with it for a good while when we do set it off for him The remote control is also great as it allows us to play interactively with him without exhaustion Hes less interested in the lights and I cant yet see how the third button on the remote works but even so Im very pleased with this toy and think its good value I just wish there were more similar toys to add variety and keep him entertained when the wild Atlantic winds start howling round the house and Mr Scaredy Cat wont go out for days at a time x28At least being right on the coast benefiting from the Gulph Stream means we very rarely get even a sight of snow despite being at the far north on Scotlands West Coast but hes not scared of snow just wind typical contrary cat But if your cat hates snow not wind it should be great for them toox29
