It is recommended for kittens from weaning to 1 year old and also for pregnant and lactating queens. It is not recommended for long-term feeding to adult cats unless they have a higher than normal energy requirement. This food is enriched with a high level of DHA, (docosahexaenoic acid) this is an essential structural component of the brain which occurs in mother’s milk.
