I have a staff x whippet, long and lean body type and fast as a flash. He's also an #1 escapologist. After spending a fortune on 'super harnesses' all promising the earth I'd all but given up on ever being able to walk him properly. I stumbled across a review for this product and after much deliberation I stumped up the cash. I wasn't holding out much hope to be honest but I couldn't have been more wrong. Within 5 minutes of our first walk he was trying every trick in the book to escape. 15 minutes into the walk I was sporting a very smug grin and my darling pooch knew there was never any escape. My only negative thoughts are with regards to tightening the straps, an uncooperative dog and fiddly straps do not make a happy pairing and he wore through the fabric connecting the clip ring quite fast( this is because he takes great delight in running round in circles at high speed whist I spin in the middle ) I'm confident it would last much longer under normal walking conditions. I am on my third one of these now ( he chewed through harness #2 in a protest at me taking it off him) he wears it for long periods on most days, it is comfortable for him to wear, doesn't rub and keeps him warm. I can't rate this high enough.
I am a very nervous saluki because of my past life. This harness is very comfortable and secure and missus can hold me by my 'handle' to keep me safe if I panic. Missus says that the customer service is great too!
