Good value

Bought at end of summer in sale, this is really for next year. Have put up to see what is like and so far pleased with size, only problem is you can't get it back into storage bag once out so bought a plastic stackable box to keep in kennel till used. Good to empty with valve at bottom of pool. Can't wait now to see dogs enjoying them selfs hopefully.

The best doggy birthday present ever!

We decided to buy our dog Max a doggy paddling pool and this one from PetPlanet caught our eye. When it arrived, it was well-wrapped and comes in its own convenient protective bag with handles for easy transporting. It was easy to pull into shape and fill following the simple instructions included. It has a plug for easy emptying. After some initial confusion, Max, our border collie, who is coming up for his first birthday, took the plunge - up to his elbows/knees - and dived in after his toys. He had so much fun! There was no worrying about Max bursting the pool by accident as the item is very sturdily made. If you're looking for a pool for your dog for hot weather, I can't recommend mend this one highly enough.

Good size

This swimming pool is much loved by our brown labrador. He uses it 3 -5 times every day. It is a good size for him. We only partially fill it as one side lean outwards with the weight of the water. It is easy to empty by removing the plug in the bottom. We change the water every other day. Unfortunately the cover is too small and the retaining pegs for the cover are also too small. So we do not use either of these. Shame!!!

Great for our dogs in the heat

The pool does what it says, easy to fold out and fill and our dogs love it in the hot weather. The only caution is that the bottom could be made of a slightly stronger non rip material, we have had it two weeks and have already had a puncture from dog claws and our dogs do not have particularly long claws. If the bottom was made of sturdier material I would give it 5 stars, otherwise a good buy. Delivery was very quick and it come folded in a compact package.

Dogs are enjoying it

Easily erected and partially filled. Dogs (Labrador and Beagle cross) enjoying it after a brief introductory period. Quickly gets algae forming on the bottom of the pool so needs regular emptying/cleaning/refilling. The cover is too small for the filled pool (the reason for less than 5 points). I've used lead weights instead of the supplied tent pegs since it is on a hard patio surface. It is impossible to get the cover to fit over the edge - pull gently to cover one side and it exposes the opposite side! Generally pleased with the purchase.
