Absolutely brilliant customer service David Brown on 5 May 2020

Have purchased this product before and was extremely happy with the latest delivery, particularly given the current situation. Petplanet excelled themselves however, when we had to return 4 x bags because our dog sadly passed away. Not only have they offered us a full refund, they have even paid for the return postage. This is customer service of the highest order and we are so grateful to them for this gesture at this very sad time. I would not hesitate in recommending Petplanet to anyone who purchase food for their pet. Thank you!

Dog loves the KD meal and his health has improved back to his previous state Clive Nicholas on 30 November 2019

Pity last bag of meal was open when it arrived. Fortunately the box was sealed and we were able to recover it all!
