We have used royal canin food for our Labrador since he came to us from the breeder. Being a greedy chocolate lab we now use the maxi light version with good results. His coat is very shiny and he looks healthy and sleek. Good quick service from Pet planet however having ordered two 15kg bags at the reduced rate , only one bag arrived . I called and customer service were very polite and helpful, apologising for not informing me that the second bag was delayed. Unfortunately upon opening one bag,it wasn't the light version.....another call to customer service, and again great service as I was told a replacement bag would be sent out asap, currently waiting for this to arrive tomorrow. Can't fault service and helpfulness.
