Everything a Gerbil needs for an amazing price!

This is an amazing cage for Gerbils. My Gerbils Smokey and Shadow love their new home; it has a lovely place to sleep, tunnel, play, eat and drink. The tube can be hard to put together and on the cage, but it is worth it. Smokey and Shadow spend a lot of their time scurrying up and down it! The wheel works perfectly, and the whole cage is very exciting and spacious, and you can see the gerbils (or Hamsters) very clearly. People say the cage is hard to clean out, but I discovered that if you put the Gerbils (or Hamsters) in their exercise balls, you can vacuum up the sawdust! I can definitely recommend this cage for adventurous Gerbils!

Once it’s up, it’s amazing

Both me and my hamster love this cage, although it is difficult to put together, it’s worth it! So many different ways to build it. You can compact the tubes or make them nice and big. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Great fun, but fiddly.

Good value for the size of hamster cage and flexibility and fun-value. Hamster and her young owner seem to love it. Also bought pink palace at the same time for another hamster but this one seems to have a better sized wheel for a Syrian hamster and less squeaky! Tubes can be tricky to position, and at times can be frustrating if come apart whilst moving, getting hamster out. also youngish owner has left cage insecure (tube not fitted back correctly) a couple of times!

On first impressions this was an absolutely fantastic buy, our two roborovski hamsters loved the extra space, albeit they couldn't climb very well up the tubes (my bad for not researching prior to purchasing) we managed to get around this with removing the middle section so the tubes weren't so steep. Everything seemed great until my hamsters began gnawing the water bottle plug! Which results in the water bottle falling out and leaving a hole big enough for my hamsters to escape. I have replaced the water bottle and plug twice and they have gnawed all of them. I can't seem to find a solution to this problem. The wheel is extremely noisy also, much louder than our previous one. Apart from these issues it is a great sturdy cage, easy to put together. Takes some time to clean but worth it.

Disappointed

Everything fitted together as it should and the hamster seems to like it. However we were very disappointed that the lids of the two main units were in the two completely different colours and were not as shown on your website. Unfortunately the hamster arrived on the same day and we have no choice but to use the cage. If we had had more time we would have returned it.
