My hound was fixated on Wild-roaming Boar Recipe treats by Orijen. These were withdrawn from production. Now he is fixated on the Regional Red treats. It took a couple of days for him to get used to the slightly different taste and texture. Me, I prefer the Regional Red product; the Boar product was softer and more easily damaged in its package. In both cases, Orijen's packaging is excellent, by the way, being easy to open from new, easy to re-seal and conveniently sized. These treats are not cheap, but being made solely of raw meats with no additives at all (save one tiny natural Vitamin E additive) they are excellent value. As an indication of their popularity with the hound - he will not accept any other treat, from me or from other kind dog owners.
