Description

PRO PLAN Veterinary Diet EN St/Ox Gastrointestinal Wet Cat Food with Chicken is a delicious complete veterinary diet to help nutritionally manage gastrointestinal conditions in cats of all ages, including kittens.

Intestinal disorders are frequently associated with poor digestion, which may worsen symptoms, so it contains selected highly digestible ingredients in order to help reduce the workload on the gut and to minimise non-absorbed nutrients. A limited number of protein sources contained in the formula helps minimise any food reactions.

It also includes prebiotics and omega-3 fatty acids to help promote a healthy intestinal environment.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Low residue (high digestibility): easy-to-digest ingredients to help reduce gut workload and minimise non-absorbed nutrients
  • Limited number of protein sources to minimise adverse gastrointestinal reactions
  • Added prebiotics (inulin) to help improve microbial balance and stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria
  • With ST/OX for urinary security: specially formulated to reduce the risk of urinary conditions

Suitable for: adult cats and kittens for reduction of intestinal absorptive disorders and nutritional restoration and convalescence.

Contents: 10 x 85g pouches

Advisory

Fresh drinking water should always be available.

My cat loves this food. Hes always been a fussy eater, had constant fur balls and was loosing weight so vet recommended a vet diet . Tried Hills wouldn't touch it. Loves this one though been on the chicken one for about 2year and is thriving. His weight has increased one happy cat.

Both cats loved it sue769 on 4 October 2021

I've only recently tried this cat food on my two and they both loved it. They can be faddy about which cat foods they will and won't touch so I was delighted to see them both wolf this down and ask for more. They don't have long term digestive problems but I'd heard that Purina are a very reliable brand and wanted something that was kinder to my cat's digestion. I have already ordered some more.

Bought this for old faddy cat. Although he soon tired of it, at least he wasn't sick after wolfing it down when he first tried it. Unfortunately variety is the spice of life for him and we never know what he will like.
