Brilliant value

Absolutely great item and really great aftercare. We had a small problem which was speedily rectified by the really helpful staff. Would definitely buy from pet planet again!

fantastic

Love this cage So easy to put together brand new tubes that are super easy to put together and clip together easy to clean and out hamster loves it only problem I have is my lil dwarf hamster cant get up to the lil bedroom but that aside its the best cage I couldnt have got a more perfect and cat proof cage

Great fun, but fiddly tubes and wheel bit small for Syrians.

Good value for the size of hamster cage and flexibility and fun-value. Hamster seems happy enough. Keeps moving bed and sleeping in tubes. Also bought creepy castle at the same time for another hamster, pink palace seems to have a smaller and squeakier wheel, it might be a bit too small for a larger Syrian hamster. Tubes can be tricky to position, and at times can be frustrating if come apart whilst moving, getting hamster out. also youngish owner has left cage insecure (tube not fitted back correctly) a couple of times!

Good value

I work in a children's day nursery and purchased the pink palace for our robo hamster. I liked this as it came with the connecting tunnels. However the tunnels are very tricky to get together and come apart very easily. I've had to buy extra tunnels as the design for robo hamsters sticks out too much. Not very practical with the little ones around. I have also had to stick tape around the tunnels as the slightest knock and there apart. Don't want to risk loosing our hamster. I also struggle to clean the tunnels out. However our hamster loves her new home.
