Arrived quickly - good quality

I have a short haired smallish Border Collie and I ordered what I thought was the correct size as he is quite long. It was a little generous, and stupidly I took no notice if the other measurements and when I put it on him it was way too deep . I checked that I could send it back and was told I could and that they would send me a smaller one. I thought I had made sure that it went back in perfect condition but got an e-mail saying that they wouldn't accept it as it was covered in hairs. I was mortified and sent an apologetic e-mail back (I was a little surprised as it is not what I would normally do). Received it back with one hair on the inside of the body and 3 hairs on one of the cuffs I cannot fault the item or the service ,this is really a cautionary message to say -check all the measurements and if you do have to return it after a brief try - on check it really well.

Does the job

A great item to keep the mud away, very easy to clean and dry. My dog wasn't too happy about it the first time but she got used to it pretty quickly. The legs are maybe a bit too long but it's easy to roll them up. It's made my life easier!

Great item!

Ive thought about one of these for years, finally bit the bullet. Glad I did, it is very useful. It is a little bit of a faff to get on, now that my retriever has got wind of what it is but once its on shes fine. As others have said it is a little long in the legs but can be turned up fine. Saves having to rinse down all the time. Lots of people have commented that its a great idea (& some just laugh!).

Does what it says on the tin

Our Australian labradoodle gets into a dreadful mess in this wet weather as her undercoat matts. Sick of bathing and grooming her. My family think it looks silly but Maisie doesnt seemed bothered and can romp through the mud and puddles to her hearts content. Felt smaller size would be too restrictive as a bit in between sizes so a little long on the back legs but I can fix that. Im happy with how it works.

Great product- legs too long though for a lab

Have had to alter the length of the legs as way too long for a Labrador. If they had different length legs Id give a 100% satisfied. Its surprising how mucky the suit is on a standard walk, that would have been all on my dog!!
