Description

The Beaphar CaniComfort Calming Spot-On is ideal for nervous dogs when an unexpected stressful situation occurs or in preparation for a stressful event. Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Spot-On quickly begins to calm your pet within 15 minutes, using pheromone technology which is scientifically recognised to help your dog feel safe and secure when they need it most. It helps reduce problem behaviour in dogs, such as barking, furniture destruction, urinary marking, excessive licking and scratching, or general feelings of anxiety.

Beaphar CaniComfort® contains a copy of the naturally produced Dog Appeasing Pheromone (DAP), which is instantly recognisable to dogs. It is naturally produced by the mother when she nurses her puppies. By using a copy of this pheromone in the Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Spot-On, it gives a continuous and reassuring message to help dogs feel at ease wherever they are. This easy-to-use spot-on provides a calming effect for up to one week. Simply apply to the top of your dog’s head and the pheromones will diffuse into the air creating a calming effect, helping them feel safe and reassured.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • IDEAL FOR SHORT-TERM STRESSFUL EVENTS: Sometimes unexpected stressful events take us by surprise, such as thunderstorms, fireworks, loud noises, an unexpected car journey or a vet visit. Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Spot-On provides comfort and reassurance when your dog needs it the most
  • BEGINS TO WORK IN 15 MINUTES: Once applied, the spot-on works quickly and will start creating a calming effect around 15 minutes after application
  • PHEROMONE TECHNOLOGY PROMOTES FEELINGS OF REASSURANCE AND WELL-BEING: Dogs communicate through natural messages called pheromones. The Dog Appeasing Pheromone (DAP) is naturally produced by the mother when she nurses her puppies. This provides a continuous and reassuring message to let them know that this is a safe and calm area for them to be in. Beaphar CaniComfort® contains a copy of this pheromone which is instantly recognisable to all dogs helping to comfort them and reduce unwanted behaviour
  • SCIENTIFICALLY RECOGNISED: Pheromone technology is widely recognised by behavioural experts and vets for its ability to create an instinctive calming response for your dog
  • EASY-TO-USE: Apply one pipette to the top of your dog’s head, between the ears at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation. The calming effect continues to work for up to one week

Feeding Guide

ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE

Do not remove the pipette from the blister until you are ready to use the product

  • Holding the pipette upright, tap the neck section to ensure the contents fall back into the body of the pipette
  • Carefully snip off the top of the pipette using scissors
  •  Apply the contents of one pipette to the top of your dog’s head, between the ears

The spot-on must be applied at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation

If your dog gets very wet, such as in heavy rain or following a bath, reapply the drops as the calming effect may be diminished

If you use a spot-on flea product, this is usually applied between the animal's shoulder blades

Take care to apply the Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Spot-On in a different place to the flea product, ideally between the ears. If this is not possible it is advisable to leave 48 hours between applying the two products
