The Ferplast Dog Car Safety Belt is an indispensable aid for anyone wanting to transport their dog without having to purchase a car crate or other bulky, expensive or hard-to-install equipment. Simply clip the “seat-belt” end of the Safety Belt into your seat-belt buckle and attached to your dog’s harness, keeping your dog safe and preventing the driver from being distracted! It couldn’t be easier! Intended for dogs weighing up to 30kg. Only use with a harness.

Great

‘Finally’ we have found a dog safety belt that fits our car seat belt buckle. (2015 Nissan Qashqai). It’s brilliant in that from all the ones I’ve seen it has very thick straps (not cheap like some can be) the buckles are both heavy (solid) and don’t look like they’ll break easily. It’s got good length to it if you wish your dog to have access to both sides of the car. And best of all it fit my car. Delivery was quick and packaged well. So a five star for Petplanet too.

Good, but !!

Keeps my dog secure but still enables him to look out of the window and see what's going on. The only point I would make is that he did get his leg tangled in it, so beware. Out of a safety belt or a cage(which I have both) I think the cage is better.

Worked well

This worked well attached to our dogs harness. It enabled him to sit up and look out the window but was also long enough to allow him to lie out on the back seat. It didn't allow him to get off the seat or reach us in the front. Very pleased.

Needs stronger material

This was brilliant for the four times it was used.....before it was chewed through.
