Very effective at dissolving cat's struvite crystals

Following a bladder scan and other tests, the vet recommended this Royal Canin Urinary High Dilution kibble to dissolve the stones. When my cat was scanned again several weeks later, the bladder stones had gone - thus making possible surgery unnecessary. The vet said to keep the cat on this special food for the next 6 months. If later scans are favourable, my cat will then be able to return to her more usual food. This kibble certainly worked for my cat - and in a shorter time than was expected. However, it should only be used under veterinary supervision, and for a limited period (e.g., 6 months). Occasional ultrasound scans will be required to check progress while the cat remains on this diet kibble. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this vet diet food, and with PetPlanet's price and service.
