Pet planet was one of the few places where I could actually see the product numbers to ensure that I had ordered the correct spares for the cat's fountain. The item arrived quickly and was well packed. Due to lack of opposable thumbs I had to order the item and open the packet for the cat - she's very happy that her fountain is running again!
Due to hard water, other pump gave up. Good replacement pump that is compatible with Catit fountain.
I was needing a new pump as my cat's love getting those running water. The pump works perfectly and the cat's are happy.I will be buying more from PetPlanet. That's a promise.
Water pump was better then the last one. My cat’s are very happy thank you.
GREAT service,but sadly the pump sent was different from the one that had broken! I tried to explain the difference over the phone but it was very technical!! In the end I returned both pumps and a complete new unit was supplied. The service is brilliant very patient and helpful
