First of all I would like to point out that the after-sales service for this wheel is exemplary and many multinational companies should take exemplary, especially their professionalism because we received our first wheel very quickly, however, several parts were broken during transport but once the photos sent a new wheel was sent to us in replacement given the number of broken parts and in the end a wheel fitted shortly before Christmas came to fill our living room. However, it takes training for your cats to practice losing weight by doing like hamsters. For the moment, it's progressive with our male, he sometimes goes there by soliciting him with a laser beam. But for the moment the female is not going there. We're in no rush. Many more thanks to the team behind PetPlanet, you are people with a huge heart and exceptional pros. Finally, I can only recommend this wheel to everyone who has an overweight cat and wants to keep it as long as possible with him and in good shape.
