Have seen same carriers in pet supply stores at a much higher price. Good quality product and so much nicer than a cardboard box - you can keep it nice and clean. Recommend highly.

Excellent value. Is only being used to put my rabbit in whilst being cleaned out. I did expect it to be a little bit bigger than it is. Wouldn't be suitable for larger rabbits.

An ideal carrier for small bunnies, with two different top openings. Not as much ventilation as I'd like, so only for small trips - even waiting in a warm vet's room, the heat builds up so I'd certainly not use for an extended length of time. With heavier bunnies I'd recommend holding onto the bottom to carry.
Not great build quality, but good idea posted on 22/08/2009 by fizzlephut
I chose this because it has solid sides and therefore I thought it would make my rats feel more secure. It is also suitable for baby rats, which is great, and quite unusual. However, the build quality is terrible - my first one arrived with a hinge snapped off Petplanet replaced it fine and I can see why - flimsy, brittle plastic hinges and the main closing mechanism is really tricky to put together I thought I was going to snap something again!. I managed to fit it all together in the end, but I will only be using the smaller lid opening to get the rats in and out as I'm too afraid to risk moving the main clasp again! I actually don't know why they need two ways of opening the lid...bizarre...
