My poor cat struggled for 6 months with stomach problems we could not find out the cause or how to rectify it The vet then recommended id but it was very expensive to buy it from them so we ordered it on line Perfect solution all round

They listen and correct

It is very easy to run a company when nothing goes wrong or just pretend that it doesn't. I pointed out an error to Pet Planet and two days later the rest of my order came, plus an email apologising. Now that is good service. The couriers are also efficient which means that they are chosen well. Orders arrive promptly, well packed and the price is competitive, I am very happy to recommend them to my friends.

Excellent product

My cat has this because he had pancreatitis and was the best food as recommended by my vet. Great value on here but the packaging and one tin was damaged but didn't harm the product :)

Packaging problem?

Although the food is very good and has helped the problem my cat had, when the first order for tinned food arrived, outer packaging was good and intact but a lot of the tins inside were damaged. So far I have had to throw one away because the food inside was mouldy when the tin was opened. I still have a lot more tins to use and I hope that the others are ok.

our cat is 14 years old and has been suffering with a GI disorder for some while which presents as blood in her faeces She does not seem to be in discomfort though but it is obviously not normal My vet said it is probably colitis and recommended the id precription diet Unfortunatly she does not enjoy it and only eats the dried sensitive stomach food She does like this but I am going to try another wet diet food therefore
