We all love it!!

This has made an enormous difference to my cats' lives. No more running scared in what should have been the sanctuary of their home - other cats were getting in, eating their food and duffing them up!! Having had this installed, it was a bit disturbing to come home and find the flap had locked them in though (which it does when a strange cat has tried to enter). That means my three are housebound until I can release them, maybe hours later. There was a setting to remove this programme, but it came back. They got used to the very loud clicks quicker than I did and one of them seems to enjoy making it click, then backing off for another click, then moving to make it click again. Weird girl!! All in all, I wish I'd had this from day one.

fabulous piece of kit. My cat and two westies love it, and it relieves me of the constant opening and closing of doors to let the animals in and out of the house with no worries of strangers creeping in to eat their food.

Our cats feel more secure
Winnie Sonny
Our two cats had been terrorised by a local cat which got into our home through our insecure cat flap. The microchip controlled pet door we have fitted now means they are safe and secure in their home and can come and go as they please. The only difficulty we have had is getting the female used to the clicking of the lock as she is a very nervous little cat, but she is getting there!

doesn't work for dog

The cats love it. .. the clock is quite loud but they soon got bored of sitting next to it to hear it click, the dog however struggles. She's a small terrier but the chip in the back of her neck doesn't trigger the lock so can't open the door from the outside
