Great gadget, easy to use. I have an elderly rescue cat who arrived with his coat in quite a horrible condition. Although it had improved he really still looked a bit scruffy and despite lots of attention got some reoccurring mats near his back legs - turns out he has arthritis and can’t groom himself. The vet nurse recommended the furminator and after only around three sessions over three weeks, his fur looks and feels so much better. He has finally started to get a shine to his coat. He likes being brushed with it - he can still be nervous so that was a relief - and as the product promises it easily removes the fine undercoat. The release button means you can easily clear the comb of fur and quickly carry on using the brush. Very pleased to have found such a great product at a very competitive price.
