Happy with service

I ordered this crate but unfortunately the base arrived damaged. I contacted petplanet and they sent me a replacement base which was brilliant. The product itself it good, sturdy enough. The only issue I has is with the base as it is quite unstable. My puppy was initially reluctant to put any weight on it but she soon came round after being encouraged with treats, now she barely leaves the thing.

Good buy

I wanted a product that could be used both inside and outside the crate. This is the solution. Whilst it could be a little thicker, it does the required job, it is less than two weeks since introduced to our viszla/pointer cross so really too soon to provide a realistic review. I will follow up in a couple of months but, so far ... no complaints.

Definitely as good as expected which is always a plus. We haven't got our puppy yet but can't see any issues with the doors etc so not anticipating any problems

Great crate

Nice and sturdy, with a great divider. Easy to open and close, even stood up to a test from my 6 year old using it as a den!
