I found the slider on the side {to keep the lid stable} was very stiff to use. I expect it will loosen up with use. Overall a very good product.

This is my fourth kitty litter box in the past 8 months as I've been trying to find one that minimises tracking and one the cats like to use. So far they have both taken to it (once they figured out how to use the door and that it wouldn't lock them in). It's great for keeping smells to a minimum (who knew cat poo smelt so bad!) however I find the locking mechanisms to be quite poor and one side won't work at all so I can't lift it up by the hood but have to carry it from the bottom -not very helpful. Apart from this I think it's a decent kitty litter box for the price.

Good value and quality

Have 2 kittens 12 weeks old, they both started using it straight away with the door open but they soon got used to the door on and both use it no problem. It's nice and deep and easy to clean. So far a good buy.

good product

I had 2 trays but my 2 cats only used one so I thought this one may be the answer, how right I was it's big easy to clean and they are both very happy, it's a very good cat tray and not expensive, the only thing I need now is a something to put under the litter to stop it staining plastic sheets they scratch up, next project
