Good product our dogs love

Dylan spaniel stopped eating dry kibble aged 1 year and discovered wet food when on a sleepover with a Jack Russell friend. He then ate canned food with gusto but had periods of diarrhoea. So I started adding the dry kibble he used to love to his wet food and his tummy and bowel improved enormously. So for the past four years he has a bowl of James Wellbeloved kibble available all day and a couple of cans of Butchers Simply Gentle twice a day. Trouble is he has to share with his three year old companion, so now she has the same.

Good quality

My dog likes the food. It appears to be good quality and was value for money at the price I paid. I had a problem with delivery in that the delivery company just failed to deliver even though they acknowledged having the package. I contacted Petplanet and they sent out another bag by express delivery and didn�t quibble at all, but were very apologetic. Not their fault that the delivery company is rubbish�..the package has never arrived!

Improved Digestion

We swapped to James Wellbeloved Grain Free and immediately noticed an improvement in our greyhound's digestion: more solid, less gas, less smells. The kibble pieces are a good size so she crunches more, which we like for her teeth health. There's minimal dust compared to the previous brand we were using and we don't find it irritates her throat. We're a couple months in and liking the change.
